No payment, no key
Keys are requested only when a WooCommerce order is Completed. Failed, pending or cancelled orders get no key, and a manual retry is refused.
Smart retry when the supplier fails
Temporary supplier errors (HTTP 5xx, 429, connection failures) are retried automatically with a bounded backoff, at most 5 retries.
No double delivery
If the supplier outcome is unknown, the item is marked “Needs manual review”. Reprocessing asks for explicit confirmation and reuses the same request ID.

Pricing questions
What happens when I reach 3 products on Free?
New supplier products are skipped and an admin notice explains why. Products you already imported keep syncing. Upgrade to Pro to import more.
Is product sync automatic?
No. Product sync is manual (Sync products button) in both Free and Pro. There is no scheduled sync.
What do I need to use ZadKeys?
WooCommerce 5.0 or newer and a supplier with a compatible API (its WooCommerce REST API plus the ZadKeys license endpoint). Run the supplier compatibility test to check it.
What is the difference between monthly, annual and lifetime?
Monthly and annual are subscriptions billed every month or every year. Lifetime is a single payment.
Can I try Pro first?
Yes. Pro has a 30-day free trial. The Freemius trial checkout asks only for your email and name, so no credit card is needed to start.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
